1. Important Terms

Browser: A computer program used to display websites (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).

Cookies:
Text files placed on the user’s computer by the accessed web server via the browser. Stored cookie information may include an identifier (cookie ID) used for recognition, as well as content-related data such as login status or information about visited pages.
The browser sends this cookie information back to the web server with each request during future visits. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can manage cookies using your browser settings (usually under “Options” or “Settings”). You can disable the storage of cookies, make it dependent on your consent, limit it, or delete cookies at any time.

Third Countries: Countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Available at:

Personal Data:
All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified directly or indirectly, particularly by association with an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Pixel:
Also known as tracking pixels, web beacons, or web bugs. These are small, invisible graphics in HTML emails or on websites. When a document is opened, the small image is loaded from an internet server, and the download is recorded there. This enables the server operator to determine whether and when an email was opened or a website was visited. This is often done through a small script (JavaScript). It can detect and transmit certain information from your device, such as cookie content, the time and date of the page visit, and a description of the page where the pixel is placed.

Profiling:
Any automated processing of personal data that uses this data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person—particularly to analyze or predict aspects such as work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, or movements.

Services:
Our offerings to which this Privacy Policy applies (see Scope).

Tracking:
The collection and analysis of data related to the behavior of visitors on our services.

Tracking Technologies:
Tracking may occur using activity logs (log files) stored on our web servers, or through data collected from your device via pixels, cookies, and similar technologies.

Processing:
Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, with or without automated means—such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, alignment, restriction, deletion, or destruction.
